Stolen Ipad and Macbook!

I saw my stolen MacBook online but location finder turned off. What can I do to retrieve my devices of render it unusable?

Absolutely first thing to do is make a police report. Even if you could find your stolen equipment it would not be prudent to walk up and knock on the door of the thief to ask for your Mac back. Depending on police policies in your area they may or may not act to retrieve stolen articles. And if, as you say, Find My Mac was turned off then there is little hope of recovery.
