I received a message from my bank that I has been charged 379 AED from Apple online store while I didn't purchase anything, I called the bank and they it's on hold and the payment still not confirm.

Kindly assist and let me know the reason of these charges?!

I need to know if this payment is done from your side or my card has been hacked.
