apps won't open and can't restart/turn off

Hi,

my iPhone 11 was working perfectly fine earlier however now when I try to open an app it just freezes. I've tried restarting it but when I press and hold the volume & power button nothing happens. I have an assignment due in 6 hours and really need this fixing asap please can someone help?

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
