I can not update my software to 10.14

I have the version 10.13.6 and want to update to the version 10.14 but I don't see it as an option in software updates....

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12

Thanks but I don't want older version, I prefer a newer so that I can install Adobe Elements.....

You didn't go to the page. :)

They are referred to as "Old" because they are older than Big Sur.
