I started my Apple TV+ subscription in November, so isn't the 4.99 credit supposed to show up in my apple ID by now? Am I missing anything? I checked both on Apple.com and Apple TV+'s setting page.
Apple sent me this email in November after I subscribed for Apple TV+ monthly service, and said it will offer $4.99 credit to my Apple ID by end of each month until Jan 2021.
