how do i factory reset a phone when the screen isn't usable? And can my phne be replaced if it has been less than 1 year since purchased at walmart?

iPhone 7, iOS 14

It can certainly be replaced by purchasing a new one. If you purchased AppleCare+, I believe there is a provision there for accidental damage.
