Hi Realdariusnicola,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It sounds like your SONY Bluetooth headphones will connect to your Mac but not your iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Check out the steps here: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Try pairing with another iOS device and if possible another iPhone 12 Pro Max to further isolate the issue. Please note that you may need to "Check with the accessory manufacturer to make sure that your accessory supports your iOS or iPadOS device."

Have a fantastic day!
