Whatsapp backup

I cannot make a backup and save on my Icloud drive while I have purchased 50GB of which 5 GB has been used. The backup has already been kept at 19% for 1.5 days. How can I delete this old one and start a new backup, without missing any data?

See — If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
