is it possible to downgrade ios 14.2 to ios 9.1.2?

IDK where you’ve been but iOS 14.2 has been seriously buggin lately. Seemed pretty cool and promising when it was first rolled out. But now, lol. Bruh, I swear it seems like my phone does what it wants to do when it wants to do it now lol.
It’s also a tad suspicious to me on why they stopped signing iOS14.1 so quickly. 🤔
No. Not possible to downgrade at all. Why are you wanting to go all the way back to 9.1.2??
