Strange notification
I am receiving the attached message on my calendar and i need a support of what is it i am worried if my mobile is hacked

If running iOS 13, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 13, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

I did remove but its coming back with different subjects but i removed it as shown in the picture
Tap “Calendars” in the bottom center. Remove any calendars you don’t recognize.

That does not remove the calendar. That simply hides it.
To remove it, press the circled “I” and choose “Delete Calendar”.
There is no option to delete
