Worse sound quality while mic on

When I turn my mic on, my mac's sound quality changes.

For example if im listening to music, and then decide to join a call or turn my mic on, the sound will stop for a second and then turns on to a much worse sound quality.

Is there any way of solving this problem?

Pd: I've had this issue in every single Mac OS.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0
