We bought iPhone 12 pro and iPhone 12 pro Max on both phone we have issues in connectivity either Wi-Fi or data we need to reset the phone one or to times in order to make it work again this is very annoying please do something about it

Any body has issues connectivity with Wi-Fi or data on iPhone 12 pro and iPhone 12 pro Max because I’m this is very annoying

I have the same issue. my iphone 12 pro max when it goes from wifi at home to outdoors away from my wifi range, the phone would show full bars and 5g on the top right but no data connection and all my apps that require data wont work until i restart my phone. I have to restart my phone 2-3 times a day. Contacted apple and even went to apple store. They so far did nothing to resolve the issue. I have the newest software update.

You would think spending more than $2 grand CAD to get an iPhone 12 Pro Max would be a great choice. So far all my new iPhone purchases has given me trouble one way or another. This wifi and / or 5G network connection failure has by far been the hardest for me. Especially for people working at home during the pandemic. When I tried seeking for help, no one knows what the problem is. I made calls for over an hour as well as paid a trip to the Apple store for nothing.

I am having the same problem. Works ok in the house on WiFi. But on leaving the house it is hit and miss and 80% time will drop out. The phone also gets very hot.


Today I was thinking of what could cause it. One thing that came to mind was I have Norton Mobile Security installed on the phone. Knowing that it can block the internet I started to play with it and turned it off. I found when turned off I had no problems. Turn it back on and all data stopped again.


Does anyone else have Norton Mobile Security installed?
