Depending on which computer you have, you should be able to sync your entire library by following:

Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support

I believe the Quick Start method will also do this (and much more) if they are on your old iPhone and you still have it:

Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
