Subscriptions shows blank page

Hi!


I have a problem where my subscriptions list won't show up. I need to unsubscribe an app but I can't.


Here how it looks like.



I try to cancel the subscriptions from my pc but same thing happened. I already tried to log out from my apple id and re-log in, and restart my phone but nothing change.


Please help me as I need to unsubscribe my apps asap.
