I’ve received an email saying my iCloud storage is full and I need to restore my storage plan, I haven’t downgraded and I am still paying for additional storage, I’ve only used 19 gb out of the 50 gb I pay for, I am now not receiving any iCloud emails, please help

Try - If you have trouble receiving email in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
