hello there i have a mac that i use for my every use. now my job has decided to have us working from home and has supplied me with a pc with 2 screen. I was trying to see if there was a way that i could use my mac as a 2nd screen while i work from home

No. Target Display Mode was never official supported non-Apple devices.
Target Display Mode has now been completely deprecated by Apple and there is not longer official support available.
