Hello,
I am facing difficulties while taking backup from Iphone 7 to my Windows PC.
I have used this PC to take backup in past but now when I connect my Iphone it only gives me the option to restore from last back up or set up as new.
It doesn't give me an option to perform fresh back up.

Click the set up as new device option. This won't change anything on the device, but gives permission for iTunes to connect to it and back it up.
