Tried to download adobe and would not complete install and now can not shut down computer until app finishes installing. I have used force quit multiple times and that did not work.
I have a tip. Hold down Command, alt/option, and esc at the same time, then click Adobe reader. Then click force quit, then click the blue button that shows up in the pop up.
