Unless your iPhone is jailbroken, it can't get viruses and no AV app is recommended. Can you tell us a bit more about what issues you are seeing and what you have tried, so far yourself, to resolve this this issue?

You will note that Safari is not on the list of apps that can be deleted. And, in fact, no apps can be deleted with iOS 14.

However, the use of Safari can be restricted in Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions - Allowed Apps.

Then it shouldn't have a virus. Most likely, if you are using some type of AV app on this phone, is the reason you are having this issue with it.

As such, one way to assure that it is running an "official" version of Apple's iOS is to restore it via Recovery Mode:

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store - Apple Support

There ate NO viruses for iphone.

Get rid of McAffee (if it will let you, its a nasty program like most if them)

Whatever or whoever it is deleting them it isn’t a virus or trojan malware.

Then, again, try using Recovery Mode to reinstall a "clean" copy of iOS on your phone and avoid using any type of AV or cleaner apps with it going forward.

Also move to the App Library after your last home page and see if Safari is hiding there. Use the search box.
