Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, nnayteuy!

We understand you want to know if the owner is notified if a shared note is deleted by the person they shared with. We'd be happy to provide information about shared notes.

There is no notification of a shared note getting deleted, however, if you would like to access the note again and you've lost the original invitation for it, you will need to ask the owner to send another invite:

Share your notes on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

"Delete a shared note

If you create and share a note, you can delete it whenever you want. To delete a shared note, tap the More button , then tap the Bin button . If you're in the Notes list, you can also swipe left over the note, then tap the Bin button  and tap Delete Shared Note.

When you delete a note, it will be moved to your Recently Deleted folder on all of your devices and will stay in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days. The note will be completely removed from the device of the people you share it with.

If you accidentally delete a note that someone else has shared with you, you can accept the Notes file again from the original invitation. When you accept the note, it will contain all of the changes made to that note up to that point in time. If the creator has stopped sharing the note, you can't accept it. If you don't have the original invitation, ask the creator to share it again or check your Recently Deleted folder."

Have a great day!

nnayteuy,

This is the only situation I can find where you would be notified about shared calendars: Share iCloud calendars on iPhone

"Turn off notifications for shared calendars

When someone modifies a calendar you’re sharing, you’re notified of the change. You can turn off notifications, if you don’t want to receive them.

  1. Go to Settings  > Notifications > Calendar > Shared Calendar Changes.
  2. Turn off Allow Notifications."

We hope this clarifies things.
