apple music on ios 14.3 keeps crashing on iPhone 8

I also had this issue with my iPhone 8 Plus recently. After hours of chats and calls with Apple Support and some research, I discovered a temporary fix for this issue: changing your iPhone language to English.

If your iPhone language is already set on English, then I can't help you with this one and suggest you contact Apple Support.

Meanwhile, I also reported the issue using the Feedback Assistant so perhaps this will be fixed with a server-side refresh from Apple Music or with a new update for iOS.

My IPhone Pro Max 12 also keep crashing. It just happened at random irrespective of the apps. The symptoms are it just unresponsive and screen turned black. It refreshed and show the main screen. But when open the app, It won’t function but need to restart the phone. I’m not sure if it is my phone or the IOS 14.3 has bugs. Anyone can share and help?

This issue is not just the device because it happens on my daughters iPad and it is happening on her brand new iPad Pro 12.9 256GB device. The devices are already set to English.

APPLE YOU NEED TO FIX THIS BUG OR POST A FIX FOR EVERYONE!!!
