email displaying in oversize font

iMac 2012 on last legs. Mojave. Apple Mail. Incoming email is displaying in very large font size. How can I change this? Thanks. Happy Holidays to all.

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities! We understand that the font size for incoming emails is larger than expected in the Mail app on your Mac. You've come to the right place for help.

You can change the font size for viewing messages by going to Mail > Preferences > Fonts & Colors following the steps here:
