I got a phone on Ebay and I didn't realized the Icloud was locked can you help me?
My Iphone I bought from Ebay is locked.

You will need to return the device to eBay and let them know of the situation, because unfortunately there's no way to remove that account unless you reach out to the seller. You will have to return it to them and ask them to login with their account details and completely remove it from the device.
