Apple ID

Since the last major software update for both MacBook Air and iPhone, I have to sign into my Apple ID 2,3 or sometimes 5 or 6 times a day on all devices. Immediately after the update I had to change my password for the ID as it wouldn’t allow me log in, ever since it’s multiple times a day. This is very frustrating and is definitely not allowing me to use my devices without interruption. Can something be done to address this?

Some people have fixed this by signing out of iCloud, restarting their device, and then logging back in. That hasn't worked for everyone.
