Does anyone know how to print double-sided with an iPad?

AirPrint is quite limited - but, in general, your AirPrint compatible printer will determine the supported print options that can be seen from your iPad.

If your printer supports double-sided printing over AirPrint, you should be this option in your iPad AirPrint print options.
