Touch ID Failure After Big Sur Upgrade

I've upgraded my MacBook Pro 16" today and after upgrade, my Touch ID was not working. I've crawled some information from the internet and furthermore, I've removed my Touch ID, then shut down my MacBook Pro, then started it. After that, I've tried to add a new fingerprint to my MacBook, but `Add Fingerprint` button in Touch ID does not work. Firstly, it asks for my password. After that, it does not work. I can click on it but there's no response. I like using my Touch ID, but right now I am unable to use. Is there any solution for that?

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

if no resolve...

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
