I need help combining my icloud storage to a family plan

I had a .99 cent per month 50G storage plan. My wife started a 500G plan for the whole family. How can I drop this one and get on that family plan?

There is no known "500G plan" but in any case, to cancel your current iCloud storage subscription - Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support.
