Custom ringtone sync from MacOS BigSur

Hi,

I'm not able to add custom ringtone from Mac to iPhone 12 Pro. An error popped up because I have iCloud library for my music? The file was created and is in the Mac. Could you please help.

To add a Ringtone, you drag the file into the iPhone window in Finder. They do not sync with other music anymore.

It is also very finicky about the ringtones it will accept. Must be less than 30 seconds and have no tags or metadata attached. One person found that renaming the ringtone allowed it to be accepted.
