Can you trade in an iPhone with a cracked screen?
When trading in my old phone can I trade in one that had a cracked screen or do I need to repair it first?

As you go through the trade-in value assessment process, you will learn that an iPhone with a cracked screen has no trade-in value. Your choices are to repair the screen before trade, or trade in the cracked screen iPhone and it will be recycled without payment.
