Clear other storage

I am using iOS 14.3 but still have as much other storage as I have system storage. I have cleared Safari history & website data. Does anyone know how to get rid of the “other” storage on an iPhone 6s

If you backed up, restored to factory settings, and restored the backup then the data in Other is all your data from your built in apps.

How large is Other? If you are running 14.3, you can try backing up your phone, restoring it to factory settings, then restoring the backup you just made.

Thank you 44.45 GB. I should have mentioned I already restored my iPhone. I have even gone into applications & cleared data or even deleting apps so I could clear data. Thanks.
