I did a backup on my iPad and then erased all content. I wanted all info to be removed from the iPad so my nephew wouldn't lose my info. I proceed to remove all my photos from the iPad not realizing it was being deleted from my iPhone and iCloud. I tried restoring from the backup I did but the photos were not recovered. Is there a way to recover my photos?

Did you already check the Recently Deleted folder in iCloud Photos? If not there, then they are permanently gone.
