Your account has been disabled In the App Store and iTunes

I’m not sure why this is happening I just got my new phone and whenever I try to download apps it tells me my account has been disabled

iPhone 12, iOS 14

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
