What if for example, i upgraded my icloud to the 200gb and uploaded 100gb of photos.. the next month i cancel or back to free plan. What will happen to my photos in icloud? Can i still download it

Anything above the complimentary 5GB will be expunged with a 30-day period for you to find an alternative repository for your data.
