No. Once deleted, an AppleID is gone forever and cannot be recovered except for a short period between receiving that message and the short time it takes Apple to process your request to delete the AppleID. But once that request has been processed, there is no way to recover that AppleID or any Apple services or data tied to it.

By not following the directions and not signing out of iCloud before requesting the deletion, you’ve effectively rendered your own device useless to you. There is no fix to that situation once the AppleID has been deleted.

How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support

Deleting your Apple ID is permanent. After your account is deleted, Apple can't reopen or reactivate your account or restore your data. If you aren’t planning to use your account for now but may consider returning to it in the future, we recommend temporarily deactivating your account (where available) instead of deleting it.”

And

  • Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.“
