No sound in games

Just got my new Gen 8 ipad and none of the games that are downloaded are playing any sounds.

Please help!!!!

If you have checked you volume to make sure it is turned up and if you can play and hear music or videos, Swipe down from the upper right corner of the iPad screen to get to the control center. You will see a bell icon among all of the other icons. If that bell icon is red, tap it to unmute your system sounds. Tap anywhere on the screen to get out of the control center.
