Enter the formula =NOW()


Note that this will not stay fixed. It will change as you make changes in your document.


If you want to enter a "time stamp" that does not change, then click the cell and from the menu choose Table > Insert Current Time. The keyboard shortcut for that is control-shift-command-t.
