z problem in safari

hi . when i type in safari to search bar first the letter 'z' it deleting. I don't have the same problem with any other letter.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

i find the problem. when I type z , the first was an ad site that my Mac thought was not secure

. when I delete my safari history, the problem solved.
