Have I been hacked? What do I do next?

How can I tell if my phones been hacked besides the obvious slow charge fast drain?. Apps freezing then closing. It’s taking forever to load. Keyboard has a mind of its own. Charging very slowly, draining fast. Google apps keep asking for me to log in when I’m already logged in. Once in a whole acre en is not sensing my touch! Google Chrome insists I download the newest version. The link takes me to the App Store. Chrome is updated. Gettingout.com is an app used for remote visitations with inmates. It suddenly stopped working after I downloaded the newest iOS. I haven’t been able to visit with my loved one since September.

so far I’ve:

shut it down and turned back on.

rebooted

phone is up to date with the latest version of iOS 14.3

all apps are updated.

mice deleted and reinstalled apps that are malfunctioning

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

Your phone has not been hacked.

Slow charge and fast drain is likely to be an aging, failing battery.

Check Settings>Battery>Battery Health.
