HP printer drivers for Big Sur

Does anyone have a solution to the lack of Big Sur drivers for my 5740 all-in-one?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.0

Have you asked HP?

Is it an Officejet 5740?

make sure the operating system selector is set to macOS 11.0 (Big Sur)

There are two downloads available, click on the + boxes to reveal them, follow

the instructions.


Open System Preferences> Printers and Scanners and add your printer to the list.

At Default Printer select your printer.
