how to delete or reduce the "other" in my storage more than 80GB now

My MacBook Air 2013, with macOS Catalina, got limited available storage less than 400MB because the "other" taken more than 86GB storage.


How to delete or reduce the "other in my storage?


Also i found out in the utility disk there have macintosh and macintosh -data, why got duplicate partition, and how to remove it. Thanks
