i have a iphone x & i am a secondhand user of this phone..Today I buy the iphone from one..the question is when I trying to sign in to my icloud acc & it showed me " try signing in again".Then I sign in to my icloud using my pc & it works well & connected..what should i do now..?
Ask the person who you got the phone from to do the steps in the article below if they haven't already done that.
Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
