On the old phone go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and turn on Keychain.

On your new phone do the same.

If you don’t want to use iCloud back up your old phone to your computer after checking Encrypt Backup, then restore that backup to the new phone. See→Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
