Text from apple is it real?

My phone was stolen a month ago and I’ve just got a text message seemingly from Apple (it’s on the same thread I’ve received access codes on) saying my phone was located today. When I click the link it asks me to sign in using Apple ID. I was suspicious so went onto find my iPhone app instead and it still says my phone is offline and no location found.

Is this really Apple texting me!? I’m worried if I sign in on the link it could give access to my account if it’s not real.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

Your instincts were correct. It's a Phishing message. Do not provide any Apple ID credentials.
