limited apps on mac

I have some home security cameras I would like to view on my MAC desktop and laptop pc's. I am wondering why there is such a limitation on what is available. How can I view "Lorex Cloud" on my pc's?

Check with the developer of your apps what is the minimum OS requirement for the apps in question.
