I have 43gb of available storage on iCloud
how can I store everything on iCloud empty storage I have
iCloud storage does NOT increase the amount of local storage on your phone. There is no way to add storage to an iPhone.

Delete photos and videos on phone if they are already backed up to iCloud, this will free storage on phone.
