My Power Beats Pro wont connect to any of my Apple devices. I have tried the reset by pressing the charging case button for 5 seconds and yet nothing happens. It was connected literally 3 days ago, but it no longer appears in my device list.

Unfortunately, I have already done that even with the 15 seconds and I cannot get them to connect to any of my devices. There must be another solution.
I'm afraid I don't have any personal experience with this accessory. Perhaps you should reach out to Apple Support?
