My watch has been in charge for 12 hours and still show the time and lightning bolt. When I press both buttons to do a hard reset the apple Logo appears for about 20 seconds then the red charging circle comes in for 2 seconds then the time and lightning bolt come on. It continues to cycle these three over and over again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The lightning bolt turns green when I put it on the charger.

yes I did that and everything checks out for that but still won’t do anything other than the cycle mentioned above.
