First you’ll want to make sure your devices you are trying to pair your AirPod Pros to are completely up-to-date on their software. If this has been confirmed you can then try using this article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209463

Should you still not be able to get your AirPod Pros paired please reach out to an AppleCare+ Support Advisor for more assistance.
