My menubar is burgundy, and I'd like it to be light blue. I keep searching for how to change its color, but all I get is answers about changing its transparency. How do I make my burgundy menu bar blue?

I've looked at that. It does some nice stuff, but changing menu bar color doesn't seem to be one of the features. Still, you're right. I should at least give it a go.
My desktop background image is called Yavin Flyby... when the rebels are flying around a planet to destroy the Death Star in Star Wars (not A New Hope---STAR WARS released in 1978). I don't want to change it, but I want my menu bar to be blue.

No idea if it's true or not.
Turns out someone has written an app called "Boring Old Menu Bar" for Big Sur. There is a free 14 day trial. I haven't tried it.
The menu bar color is based on the desktop background image. You would have to find an appropriate image.
