Click ➔ If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

Once you have recovered your Apple ID then you can log in here ➔ www.icloud.com and then tap on the Find My section and locate your iPhone. Note that your lost iPhone must have Find My activated before it was lost AND it must have an internet connection to report its location to you.
